PLEASE READ

In 2017 we were notified that the Bridge Authority shuts down the Bridge at 7AM for any wide loads. This had never happened to us in nine years, but did twice in 2017. This cost the buses some time in the morning, as they were stuck at either side waiting 30 minutes to cross.

This may happen again in 2018 so we want to reassure participants...we will not leave until all of the buses and participants are over to their tractors. If the buses are running behind we will know it, as we have staff on the North side and we are talking with the Bridge Authority. As long as you are at the bus pick up location when you are supposed to, we will make sure you get a ride over.

WE WILL NOT LEAVE THE STAGING AREA UNTIL ALL BUSES HAVE ARRIVED.

NEW FOR 2018:

Due to the delays last year, we want to make sure participants that will be leaving first arrive at the Staging Area first so they can get their tractors ready.  When you purchase your bus ticket, there will be a Group A and a Group B.  Group A will have priority boarding and should board between 5:00 AM - 6:30 AM.  Group B will board second (or if there is room on first buses) from 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM.

The idea is that the Group B people have more time to get ready when they arrive at the Staging Area, because they won't be the first people leaving.

If your club is listed in Group B, but you need to get over earlier, please see Rebecca at the Information Tent.

All designated Club Reps will be in Group A.

To find out if you are in Group A or Group B, please see the parade order here.

If you have any questions on this please call us at 989-729-6567.
