PLEASE READ

The Mackinac Bridge Authority shuts down the Bridge at 7AM each day for any wide loads. This may happen on the day of the event so we want to reassure participants...we will not leave until all of the buses and participants are over to their tractors. If the buses are running behind we will know it, as we have staff on the North side and we are talking with the Bridge Authority. As long as you are at the bus pick up location when you are supposed to be, we will make sure you get a ride over.

WE WILL NOT LEAVE THE STAGING AREA UNTIL ALL BUSES HAVE ARRIVED.

When you purchase your bus ticket, there will be a Group A and a Group B.  Group A will have priority boarding and                     should board between 5:00 AM - 6:30 AM.  Group B will board second (or if there is room on first buses) from 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM.  Group A will consist of clubs that need to be at their tractors first. A breakdown of Group A and Group B will be provided later this summer when the parade route is determined.
