**PLEASE READ THIS PAGE BEFORE REGISTERING**

 

Participant registration opens on March 1, 2024. Every participant (driver and buddy rider) is required to fill out the form and pay for their entry fee. Before filling out the registration form, please read some important notes below. Driver registration is limited to 1500 tractors.

Entry fees for 2024:

• Drivers $75 (includes any applicable tax)

• Riders $65 (includes any applicable tax)

You must belong to a participating club in order to register. When registering, you will select which club you belong to. Clubs will be verifying membership as well. All participants must read and agree to the rules before registering. Click here for a copy of the participant and buddy rider rules.

Buddy Riders: If you are registering a new buddy seat, updating the number of people on the tractor, or have made any changes to the seat (including putting it on a different tractor) a pre-approval is required prior to registering. Click here for the pre-approval form.  After your seat is approved, we will email you a confirmation number. It will be needed when you register.  Note: This does not apply to seats that have gone before and there are zero changes. Six photos are now required, instead of four. These should be different angles of the tractor and seat, including how it's mounted.  Please be sure to read the rules ahead of time to make sure the seat is correct. Drivers may register at any time while the seat is being approved.

Entry Fees: Entry fees include any applicable taxes. There are no refunds on entry fees for any reason including COVID-19 related issues, illness, schedule change, event cancelation, weather, etc.  If you won a free pass, you may still register online and select "free pass." We will verify free passes with our records.

Mailing or Registering in Person: We prefer online registration, but if you would like to mail your registration form or register in person at our store, please click here for information.

​If a registration contains incorrect or false information

the registration will be canceled. There are no refunds for registrations providing false information.
