There are two tabs (change from 2025)

Roster List

• Column A: This is editable by you. You may check this box if the participant is a club member (optional).

• The list will automatically stay sorted by last name.

• At the top of the page, you’ll see a “Last Updated” date. This changes automatically anytime something is added or edited.

• Column B: A checkmark means the participant is all set. If something needs attention, it will highlight in orange.

• Phone numbers are included this year if you need to contact a participant.

Rep Notes

• Column A on this tab is also editable by you. Please enter the participant name and your note to us in Column A.

• When you type a note, the date is automatically added and is submitted to us.

• The “Last Updated” date on this tab also changes automatically when updates are made.

• We will respond directly in the sheet.

• Notes will stay there all season so you can refer back to them.

Clubs can only access their own roster. If you click on your roster and don't have access, email tractorcrossing@owossotractor.com or text 248-222-9123.
