Buddy Rider Pre-Approval Form

Who Must Submit a Buddy Rider Form?
A Buddy Rider Form is required for:

All new Buddy Rider seats

Any change to the seat (changed tractors, seat modified in any way, etc.)

Any seat previously approved in another club, but is changing clubs
Before Completing the Form

Review the Official Buddy Rider Rules using the link above.

Ensure you understand all safety requirements.

Confirm that both the driver and rider agree to the rules.
Forms submitted without reviewing the rules may be delayed or denied. All questions are required.
Review & Approval Process
All Buddy Rider Forms are reviewed by the event team. Please allow up to two weeks for your seat to be reviewed.
After review, you will receive an email with one of the following:

✅ Approval (with Approval Number)

✏️ Changes Needed (Must be completed by July 15, 2026)

❌ Denial
Please ensure the email address entered on your form is accurate. All communication regarding your seat will be sent to that address.
🚨 REGISTRATION REQUIRES AN APPROVAL NUMBER
New and changed seat requests may not register for the event until official approval is received.
Once you receive an approval number from us, you can proceed with registering the Buddy Rider (opening April 1, 2026).

To keep the process organized, please do not call Owosso Tractor directly regarding Buddy Rider approvals. All seat reviews are handled by the event team through the online approval system and email. Calling Owosso Tractor will delay your seat response.
